Zhou Zhilin, member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Public Bureau of Yinchuan City in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, was expelled from the Party and removed from public office after being accused of taking bribes.
Zhou was accused of taking advantage of his positions to seek benefits for enterprises and accepting huge bribes. Zhou’s illegal income has been seized. He has been transferred to judicial departments for a criminal investigation, according to the CPC's Commission for Discipline Inspection in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
