BAI Yun, head of the United Front Work Department of the Shanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and a former senior CPC official in Shanxi Province, has been expelled from the Party and removed from the public office, according to the CPC discipline watchdog.
According to the investigation, Bai abused his power to seek benefits for others and take huge bribes.
She has been transferred to judicial departments for criminal investigation and prosecution.
