WHAT should have been a triumphant homecoming turned into a brawl on Friday when Pakistan's enigmatic all-rounder Shahid Afridi lost his temper and punched a man at a Karachi airport. Television footage showed Afridi hitting the man, who eventually fell down, before cutting to images of the cricketer being driven away in his car. A crowd had gathered at the airport to greet Afridi after he was declared man of the match in Pakistan's thrilling two-run win over Bangladesh in the Asia Cup final at Dhaka on Thursday. Afridi told Samaa Television his three-year-old daughter fell to the floor in the crush at the airport, causing him to lose his temper.
