THE brother of Italian striker Mario Balotelli was placed under house arrest on Sunday for allegedly assaulting two police officers during a street brawl. Enoch Barwuah, the young brother of Manchester City's wayward star, faces charges of assault and resisting arrest after getting into a fight.
