Bitter Marseille fans want club to lose again

OLYMPIQUE Marseille has lost 10 of its last 11 matches and its biggest supporters group wants that miserable run to continue tomorrow.
With Marseille already out of the French Ligue 1 running, the fans group is desperate to stop bitter rival Paris St Germain winning the title and has called on the club to lose to Montpellier to strengthen the leader's position. Montpellier, which has a superior goal difference, and PSG are on 63 points with seven games left, while Marseille is 23 points off the pace in ninth after losing 1-2 at PSG on Sunday. "Let's give Montpellier the best chance possible and stop PSG becoming the champion this year," the South Winners 87 group said on its website on Monday.
