CHELSEA reached agreement with Bayer Leverkusen to sign Germany forward Andre Scheurrle from the Bundesliga club.
Chelsea said yesterday that Scheurrle, 22, must now complete personal terms and pass a medical. No financial details were disclosed, although British media reported Schuerrle will cost 18 million pounds (US$28.2 million).
