CHINA'S men's and women's teams secured places in the quarterfinals of the world team table tennis championships in Dortmund, Germany, after victories in group stage on Wednesday.
China defeated China's Hong Kong for its fourth consecutive win in the championships. World champion Zhang Jike and Wang Hao notched 3-0 wins, while Ma Lin won 3-2. In the women's action, the China eased past Romania 3-0.
