DEPORTIVO La Coruna returned to the Spanish top flight on Sunday after its 2-1 success at Huesca assured it the second division title with one game to play. The side from Galicia in the north-western corner of Spain was relegated last season but is top of the second division with 88 points and cannot be caught by Celta and Valladolid with just one game to go. Deportivo won its only La Liga title in 2000, and two year's later won both the Copa del Rey and Spanish SuperCup titles. It was relegated after finishing 18th in the 2010-2011.
