FORMER Chinese national soccer team coach Arie Haan is set to take charge of Chinese first division club Shenyang Shenbei. The 63-year-old Dutchman, who coached the Chinese team from 2002 to 2004, will be the head coach of Shenyang Shenbei and the general director of the club's youth program, the club's general manager Tang Hong said.
