INDIA’S national hockey captain Sardar Singh denied yesterday he sexually harassed a woman who claims she was emotionally abused by the player during their alleged relationship. Police on Wednesday formed a special team to investigate the allegations lodged by the woman to a commissioner in Punjab state, to determine whether to register a case against him. Singh denied the claims including that he forced her to undergo an abortion last year after he called off their engagement.
