KENYAN Francis Kiprop won the Madrid marathon in a record time yesterday as he crossed the line in two hours 10 minutes and 57 seconds. The 30-year-old was followed home by compatriot Nickson Kurgat 20 seconds adrift with Ethiopian Herpasa Kitesa finishing in third.
