Heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko gave Alexander Povetkin his first loss by earning a unanimous decision to keep his WBA, IBF, WBO and IBO titles in Moscow on Saturday.
Klitschko’s brother Vitali holds the WBC belt. Klitschko knocked down Povetkin three times in the seventh round. Ukraine’s Klitschko (61-3, 52 KO), handed Russian Povetkin his first defeat in 27 fights.
