THE opening ceremony of the 2012 ISU World Short Track Speedskating Championships at Shanghai's Oriental Sports Center will be broadcast live tonight on local television, organizers of the event announced yesterday. Shanghai Television's sports channel will broadcast the ceremony from 7:55pm while Dragon TV will show a recorded version at 11:40pm.
