NO progress was made after four hours of "engaging" talks between National Basketball Association team owners and locked-out players on Friday, intensifying fears of a delayed start to the regular season. Representatives on both sides have met several times in recent weeks in an attempt to resolve their long-running labor dispute and further negotiations will now take place in New York over the weekend.
