CRICKET Australia and New Zealand Cricket yesterday appointed Ralph Waters as chairman of the organizing committee for the 2015 World Cup after the death last week of James Strong. Waters, a prominent New Zealand businessman, was previously deputy chairman and replaces Strong, who died in Sydney aged 68.
