CHINESE hurdler Liu Xiang is expected to defend his 110-meter title in Shanghai against Aries Merritt, Jason Richardson, David Oliver and Terrence Trammell in Shanghai on May 19. The annual Samsung Diamond League in the city is a key test ahead of the London Olympic Games as eight Olympic champions and 30 world champions have confirmed their participation for the event. Another key face-off is likely to be between Carmelita Jeter and Veronica Campbell-Brown in the 200m.
