TOP-SEEDED Ksenia Pervak won her maiden WTA title yesterday, beating Eva Birnerova 6-3, 6-1 in the final of the Tashkent Open in the Uzbekistan capital. The 52nd-ranked Pervak had not dropped a set on the way to her second final of the season.
