TOTTENHAM manager Harry Redknapp underwent successful heart surgery on Wednesday and won't be rushed back to work. The procedure prevented the 64-year-old Englishman from traveling to Russia for a Europa League match yesterday. Tottenham said that after successfully having two stents inserted to unblock coronary arteries, Redknapp "is in excellent spirits and due to be discharged from hospital in the next 48 hours." Redknapp has been in charge of Tottenham for three years.
