TRIPLE Olympic champion Stephanie Rice has undergone shoulder surgery in a setback to her plans to defend her three swimming gold medals at London 2012. Rice confirmed on Twitter that she'd had an arthroscopy on her right shoulder for a small tear in the tendon. "Everything else was a-ok and should be back in the water before Christmas," she tweeted.
