CHINESE Taipei got its first medal at the 2013 World Taekwondo Championships as Chuang Chia-chia came second in the women's 67 kg category on Wednesday. France's Haire Niare won the title. Chuang beat Azerbaijan's Farida Azizova in the semifinal. Chuang eliminated top seed Nur Tatar in the second round.
