SINGAPORE won the AFF Suzuki Cup for a record fourth time despite losing 0-1 to Thailand in the return leg of the final in Bangkok on Saturday. Singapore, which had prevailed 3-1 in the first leg at home, thwarted repeated attacks from Thailand to ensure that Singapore's Serbian coach Radajko Avramonic went out on a high after having already announced that this would be his last game with the team.
