Sneijder off to Turkey

INTER Milan midfielder Wesley Sneijder has agreed to join Turkish club Galatasaray. Galatasaray said on its website on Sunday that it had reached a deal with Dutch captain Sneijder pending a medical, set for yesterday. The contract is for a reported 3-1/2 years and worth 5 million euros (US$6.66 million) per season.
