THE city will hold a students' games starting from Saturday until the end of October, the Shanghai Sports Bureau said yesterday, with students from elementary schools and universities also eligible. International students are excluded.
Events will be held at school and district stadiums. The aim of the games is to enhance students' physical ability and strengthen the training of young talents, officials said. Authorities said they will ensure students have one hour of exercises each day in middle and elementary schools.
