Vertical run in Pudong

THE 2018 SHKP Vertical Run for Charity was held at Pudong’s International Financial Center yesterday morning, featuring 1,700 participants in Elite, Individual and Relay races as well as the more leisurely Fun Climb. Competitors had to climb 1,460 steps to reach the finish line set at Level 57. Sun Hung Kai Properties won the relay in 7 minutes and 53 seconds. Xue Jiandong and Le Qinghua won the men’s and women’s individual titles, respectively. As a charity event, all entry fees, without deduction of event expenses, will be donated to the Shanghai Children’s Health Foundation for medical treatment of impoverished children at the Shanghai Children’s Medical Center.
