JACK Wilshere is so confident that Arsenal will finish above Tottenham in this season's English Premier League that he has made a bet with rival fans. The Arsenal midfielder says he will donate 3,000 pounds (US$4,687) to charity if the Gunners finish lower than Tottenham. Third-place Tottenham leads Arsenal by three points.
