Russian cycling team Katusha suspended sprint coach Erik Zabel after the six-time Tour de France green jersey winner admitted extensive doping during his career. The team said news reports of Zabel’s doping while “an active racer from 1996 to 2003 ... do not have any connection with team Katusha.”
