CAFL to unveil Dolezel as Lions coach before the start of the season

THE China Arena Football League, China’s first professional American football league, will announce the appointment of Clint Dolezel as head coach of the Beijing Lions at a press conference in Beijing on September 29.

Dolezel’s US team, the Philadelphia Soul, won the US AFL Championship.

Martin E Judge, the founder and president of the CAFL, co-owner Ron Jaworski, a prominent NFL quarterback and internationally known TV commentator, former NFL and US College football standout player Ed Wang will be among those present at the conference, which will also spell out details of the league’s first season.

The 2016 CAFL will kick-off in Beijing on October 1 and 2. The finals of the six-city Super Series, also known as the “China Bowl,” will be held in Shanghai on November 5 and 6.
