Richest safety deal

THE New York Giants have signed Pro Bowl safety Antrel Rolle, the National Football League team said on its Website on Friday. The deal was worth US$37 million over five years, with US$15 million guaranteed, and makes him the highest-paid safety to play in the NFL, according to local media. The Cardinals released Rolle, originally drafted by Arizona in 2005, on Thursday.
