Brides in city season run

MORE than 40 brides, wearing self-made wedding dresses, will be the main attraction at the 2014 GAC-TOYOTA Season Run, which will be held at Westcoast Music Park on Longteng Avenue in Shanghai over this weekend.
The brides, who are members of a local running club, will attend the two-day event along with some other self-organized running groups. The 5,000 quotas for the running event, in its Shanghai debut, is fully booked, organizers said. Snow and bubble making machines will be used to help create an environment of the four seasons along the 6km route. A series of carnival activities will also be staged on both Saturday and Sunday.
