THE world's fastest man has received another top honor in his Caribbean homeland. Sprint superstar Usain Bolt was named an ambassador-at-large by Jamaica Prime Minister Bruce Golding during a ceremony in the capital, Kingston, on Thursday. He was also granted a diplomatic passport. At 23, Bolt is the youngest person to receive the honor.
