Season Run fun

THE 2014 Season Run will make its Shanghai debut on September 14 at Westcoast Music Park on Longteng Avenue in Xuhui District, organizers said.
As an untimed fun-running event, the Season Run is making the first batch of 5,000 places available at the event’s official site www.seasonrun.com starting this morning. The organizers plan to open more quota later. Snow and bubble making machines will be set up along the 6-kilometer route to create an environment of winter and spring seasons. Water sprayers will imitate summer rains for runners, while effect of falling leaves will be created by air-blowers.
With a 100-yuan (US$16.28) application fee, participants will be invited to a series of carnival activities on September 13 when they go to pick up their participation certificates.
