FORMER women world No.1 shuttler Zhou Mi of Hong Kong has been banned for two years after she failed a drug test, Badminton World Federation has said. "The case sends a strong message to elite athletes in the sport who need to be aware of prohibited substances and the consequences of taking these either deliberately or inadvertently," said Thomas Lund, BWF chief operating officer.
