Beasley, Yi voted best

SHANDONG forward Michael Beasley, the NBA’s No.2 draft pick in 2008, won the Most Valuable Player Award for a foreign player for the 2015-16 Chinese Basketball Association league season. Beasley averaged 31.7 points and 13.2 rebounds for Shandong, which finished fifth in regular season. Guangdong’s Yi Jianlian picked up his fourth straight MVP trophy for a Chinese player with an average of 26.7 points and 9.2 rebounds in 38 games.
