KOBE Bryant has undergone successful arthroscopic knee surgery and is expected to be fit for a pre-season training camp in September, the Los Angeles Lakers said yesterday.
The two-time NBA Finals' MVP underwent surgery on his right knee last week, the team said on their website (www.nba.com/lakers).
"Bryant is currently undergoing rehab and is expected to be fully recovered prior to the start of the Lakers' training camp on September 25," the team said.
The guard had surgery on the same knee in 2003 and 2006.
