Kelly in for injured Arenas

THE Shanghai Sharks said yesterday that the China Basketball Association club has signed Ryan Kelly, an American player who played for the Sharks last season, to cover for the absence of Gilbert Arenas who is out nursing an injury.
The former NBA All-Star Arenas had said earlier that he would return to court this week. It remains unknown when the guard will be back. Kelly notched 19.3 points and 6.8 rebounds with 1.3 assists during his 17 games for the Sharks last season. The Sharks have won just one game so far this season.
