DALLAS Mavericks star Dirk Nowitzki will be out at least six weeks after arthroscopic surgery on his right knee. The Mavericks said surgery was performed on Friday morning by a team surgeon. The 11-time All-Star is expected to resume on-court activities in about six weeks. The German, 34, has missed the past three preseason games with fluid buildup in the knee.
