Thunder star Westbrook makes emphatic return
RUSSELL Westbrook, in his first game back since breaking his hand, scored 32 points in just 24 minutes as the Thunder hammered the New York Knicks 105-78 in Oklahoma City on Friday.
The all-star point guard shot 12-of-17 from the field and delivered eight assists and seven rebounds in his first NBA game since he fractured his right hand on October 30.
Serge Ibaka tallied 14 points, and Jeremy Lamb came off the bench to score 13 for the Thunder, who won back-to-back games for the first time this season.
The Knicks were missing star Carmelo Anthony, out with an injury.
