Wall, Young help Wizards break Thunder streak

JOHN Wall scored 25 points, Nick Young had 24 and Jordan Crawford added 18 to lead Washington to a 105-102 victory over visiting Oklahoma City yesterday, ending the Thunder's seven-game winning streak and giving the Wizards just their second win of the season.
Russell Westbrook scored 36 points and Kevin Durant had 33 for Oklahoma City, which lost for only the third time in 15 games. During one stretch bridging the second and third quarters, the duo accounted for 21 of the Thunder's 23 points. Both slowed down after resting at the start of the fourth, missing 11 of 17 from the field.
NUGGETS 108, 76ERS 104, OT
At Philadelphia, Andre Miller scored a season-high 28 points and Nene had 20 points and 14 rebounds as Denver outlasted Philadelphia.
Miller scored Denver's last 10 points in regulation and got another big basket in OT. His jumper put the Nuggets ahead 106-104 with 42.9 seconds left. Miller then made a steal on Jrue Holiday's errant pass to seal the Nuggets' fourth consecutive win.
Thaddeus Young scored 22 points and Evan Turner added 20 for the Sixers.
SPURS 85, MAGIC 83, OT
At Orlando, Florida, Tony Parker scored 25 points, including 16 in the fourth quarter and overtime, as San Antonio held on to beat Orlando.
Tim Duncan added 17 points and 10 rebounds as the Spurs also snapped a streak of 10 consecutive road losses overall, dating to last season.
Dwight Howard had 24 points and 25 rebounds, and Ryan Anderson scored 17, but it wasn't enough for Orlando to overcome a dismal shooting night.
NETS 107, WARRIORS 100
At Newark, New Jersey, Deron Williams scored 24 points, 11 coming in crucial stretch of the fourth quarter, and had 10 assists and eight rebounds to lead New Jersey to its first home win.
The Nets entered the fourth quarter trailing 83-80, then took control with a 12-5 run. Williams had five points in that stretch, including a 3-pointer that made it 105-96 with 3:26 remaining.
The Nets held on the rest of the way, going scoreless for almost three minutes. MarShon Brooks had 22 points, eight rebounds and six assists for the Nets, and Kris Humphries had 18 points and 15 rebounds.
The Warriors, who had their two-game winning streak snapped, got 30 points from Monte Ellis and 17 from Dorell Wright.
SUNS 91, KNICKS 88
At New York, Steve Nash had 26 points and 11 assists and Shannon Brown hit a crucial 3-pointer as Phoenix ended a five-game losing streak.
Brown and Grant Hill each scored 14 points for the Suns, who bounced back from an embarrassing 118-97 loss to a Chicago team without Derrick Rose a night earlier.
They got help with a lucky bounce on Brown's 3-pointer from the corner that nearly hit the top of the backboard before falling in that gave them a five-point lead with 35 seconds left, and Nash closed it out with six free throws in the last 16 seconds.
Former Suns forward Amare Stoudemire scored 23 points for the Knicks, who have lost four straight.
CELTICS 96, RAPTORS 73
At Boston, Rajon Rondo scored 13 of his 21 points in the first quarter and left with a sore right wrist in the third, as Boston cruised past Toronto.
Rondo was knocked out of the game after being leveled on a flagrant foul by Linus Kleiza late in the third quarter.
Kevin Garnett added 15 points, Paul Pierce had seven assists and reserves Mickael Pietrus and Brandon Bass also made big contributions for the Celtics.
Gary Forbes scored 18 points and DeMar DeRozan had 11 for the Raptors.
GRIZZLIES 93, HORNETS 87
At New Orleans, Marc Gasol had 22 points and 12 rebounds to help Memphis win its fourth straight.
Mike Conley hit four 3-pointers and finished with 18 points and 10 assists for the Grizzlies, who had five players score in double figures while sending the Hornets to their fifth straight loss and 11th defeat in 12 games.
Jarrett Jack scored a game-high 27 points and his pull-up jumper got New Orleans as close as 87-85 with 1:28 left, but O.J. Mayo's 20-foot jumper helped the Grizzlies hang on as New Orleans struggled to score or get key rebounds in the final minute
HAWKS 92, TRAIL BLAZERS 89
At Atlanta, Joe Johnson scored 24 points and came up with a key defensive play down the stretch to lead Atlanta to its fourth straight victory since losing All-Star center Al Horford.
Atlanta was up 84-80 when a wild sequence went the home team's way. Jamal Crawford missed on a drive, but Wesley Matthews picked off an outlet pass to apparently give the Blazers another chance. Johnson then hustled up behind Matthews to steal it back, then lobbed to Jeff Teague for a dunk.
Crawford, who led the Blazers with 22 points in his return to Atlanta, hit a last-gasp 3-pointer but the Hawks held on.
KINGS 92, PACERS 88
At Sacramento, California, Marcus Thornton scored 17 points as Sacramento rallied from 14 points down in the fourth to beat Indiana.
Francisco Garcia scored 10 of his 16 points in the fourth quarter as the Kings outscored the Pacers 26-8 in the period. DeMarcus Cousins had 13 points and tied a career-high with 19 rebounds for Sacramento, which shot 30 percent.
Darren Collison and Danny Granger scored 16 points each for Indiana.
CLIPPERS 91, MAVERICKS 89
At Los Angeles, Chauncey Billups hit a winning 3-pointer with 1 second left, and Mo Williams made his first seven shots and finished with 26 points off the bench in his return to the lineup as the Clippers stunned defending NBA champion Dallas.
DeAndre Jordan had 19 points and nine rebounds for the undermanned Clippers, playing their third game in three days.
Dirk Nowitzki and Delonte West each scored 17 points for Dallas.
