THE English name of basketball star Yao Ming's daughter has finally been revealed – it's Amy, said Yao's team mate Shane Battier in a recent interview.
Battier, the leader of NBA's Houston Rockets, blurted out the secret when he was asked how he shared fatherhood experiences with Yao, reported Sohu.com today.
However, Battier said he still did not know the girl's Chinese name.
In interviews since her birth in May, Yao and wife Ye Li have sidestepped the question.
