Bracken retires

FORMER Australia pace bowler Nathan Bracken announced his retirement from cricket yesterday due to a persistent knee injury. The 33-year-old left-armer announced his retirement on his Twitter page. Bracken captured 174 wickets in 116 one-day internationals at 24.36 and was a member of Australia's World Cup winning squad in 2007.
