AN Indian court has dropped a criminal case against Australian cricketer Luke Pomersbach after the woman who accused him of molesting her said they had agreed to an out-of-court settlement. The Delhi High Court on Friday said charges against Indian Premier League player Pomersbach, 27, of molesting the American woman and later beating up her fiance in a posh hotel room in New Delhi last week had been dropped. Police said Pomersbach, an IPL Royal Challengers Bangalore team player, had been accused of molesting the 27-year-old woman and beating up her fiance after he objected to Pomersbach's alleged moves.
