Renaming Lord's?

LORD'S executives have ruled out selling the naming rights to the 195-year-old cricket ground to raise funds for a major redevelopment. Marylebone Cricket Club chief executive Keith Bradshaw had been quoted in The Times as saying that attaching a sponsor's name to the ground was "obviously an option." But Bradshaw insisted yesterday: "I just want to reassure people that there's no way we would rename Lord's. It's the home of cricket, the hallowed turf. It's not an option at all. It's something that we wouldn't consider..."
