JONATHAN Trott became the seventh England batsman to score a double hundred in a test at Lord's yesterday with an unbeaten 217 at lunch on the second day of the first test against Bangladesh. Trott became more introspective as his innings progressed with only two boundaries in the opening session. He reached the 200 landmark in his first test at the home of world cricket with a two to mid-wicket after 7-1/2 hours at the crease with 18 fours.
