6th leg of Skoda Heros series concludes in Anhui

THE sixth leg of the 2017 Skoda Heros China Cycling Series was held in Ningguo, Anhui Province, over the weekend.
The event featured 655 cyclists from 21 countries and regions including Singapore, Germany, Italy, France, Britain, the US, who competed in seven categories of competitions including men’s and women’s elite races, men’s and women’s Granfondo races, etc.
Australian cyclist Stuart Evers beat China’s Xia Wei in a fierce men’s elite race to reach the top of the podium. He was also the winner of last year’s Granfondo race held in Anhui’s Yellow Mountain.
It was the largest cycling event Ningguo city ever hosted. This year’s Skoda Heros series has nine legs with three of them scheduled in Shanghai.
