Biker鈥檚 festival in city

THE 2016 Skoda Heros China Cycling Series has joined hands with cycling components manufacturer Shimano to host a biker’s festival at the Shanghai International Circuit on October 2. The festival will follow the last leg of this year’s cycling series to be held on the morning of October 2. In the afternoon, cycling fans can take part in competitions of different categories, including men’s, women’s, youngsters and team races. The one-day event will feature a total of 5,000 participants, organizers said. Shimano biker’s festival has been held at Japan’s Suzuka Circuit for 33 years. From September 1, cycling fans can log on to www.heros.org.cn or visit local Shimano stores to register for the Shanghai festival.
