China series concludes

THE ninth and final leg of the 2016 HEROS China Cycling Series was held at Yellow Mountain in neighboring Anhui Province, with the two-day event concluding yesterday.
Near 500 cyclists, including over 100 foreigners, took part in four categories of competitions — men’s and women’s Elite races, and men’s and women’s Granfondo races. The event set an 84-kilometer route along major local scenic spots. This year’s HEROS China Series had five stops in Shanghai, including its opening leg at Oriental Land in suburban Qingpu District in March. The series also visited Qiandao Lake in Zhejiang Province and Wuyi Mountain in Fujian Province.
