ROOKIE Lee Jung-min shot a bogey-free round of 6-under 66 yesterday to take the first-round lead at the US$250,000 Hyundai China Ladies Open in Xiamen, Fujian Province.
Compatriot Kim Bo-kyung was second after a 69, while amateur Wang Xin was the top Chinese following a 70, tied with Koreans Kim Ha-neul, Nam Ji-min, and Lee Il-hee. China's Huang Mei Hao was a shot further back after a 71 with Koreans Sim Hyun-hwai, Jang Ji-hae and Jang Ha-na.
