Porani leads by two strokes in Yangzhou

THAILAND'S Porani Chutchai shot a 1-over 73 to take a two-shot lead through two rounds of the US$50,000 Yangzhou Challenge yesterday in the second tournament of the China LPGA Tour season in Jiangsu Province.
Chinese Taipei's Natasha Yeh (74), Thai Tanaporn Kongkiakrai (72) and China's Zhang Yuyuang (70) were equal second behind Porani, the only player under par at 1-under 143 through 36 holes at the Orient (Yangzhou) Golf and Country Club. Thailand's Patcharajutar Kongkraphan (72) and American Jessy Tang (73) were equal fifth, four shots off the pace.
