IT was aces high during second-round play of the US$50,000 Grand Hill Challenge in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, yesterday as China's Huang Meihao and Pan Yanhong both registered hole-in-ones on a day when overnight leader Patcharajutar Kongkraphan shot her second consecutive round of 71 to maintain a one-shot lead. Thailand's Ornthana Chuenarrom (71) was one shot back in the fifth event of the China LPGA Tour season, while China's Zhong Xiaolong (72) and Huang (73) were three off the pace. Patcharajutar, 18, is chasing her third China LPGA Tour victory of the year after wins in Shanghai and Beijing.
