THREE-TIME Tour de France champion Alberto Contador will ride in next month's showpiece race, ending speculation he might skip the event, his representative said yesterday.
"Yes, he said he will ride the Tour de France," Jacinto Vidarte said after Spaniard Contador, who is awaiting a decision in August by the Court of Arbitration for Sport over a failed dope test last July, rode a mass event in Spain. The Tour de France kicks off on July 2.
